Is there a way to route the audio from the microphone input on the controller of the reloop terminal mix 2 into the VDJ software application and not through the master output? I have tried flipping the switch on the front of the device but the does not seem to be working...

Probably the Mic Input is on Chans 3,4 (you need to add a Mic Input to the Audio configuration)
