How do I map Dual Left Deck 3 to be "vinyl". Same as Dual Right Deck 4. I don't need them and want to have a quick vinyl mode rather than hittng Shift Vinyl.

Highly recommended not to use those buttons for any mapped action. Those are hardware buttons and you will end up with unexpected behavior (controlling both left or/and right decks at the same time)
Those buttons are mapped to toggle just a variable so that it can be used by skinners to show the controlled decks on a skin.
