hi folks

hope you can help im having a few problems playing videos. i often get a decompressing file has to be played from hard drive message and videos also jump at the start in auto mix any help please.

hp pavillion
amd10-4655m apu with radeon graphics hd graphics 2.00ghz
8gb ram
radeon hd 7620g+ hd 8670m dual graphics
windows 10 64 bit os
