The bug was in 2500 and 2520, so only automatically upgrading from 2483 or earlier would not cause the crash.

I downloaded 2483 again, and than there was no problem upgrading to 2522.

after update had to reinstall and played Ok play wilt it all day at work and did a set on VDJ-Radio played ok next day today open and crash after crash open back up and I close it NOW will Not Open get to go back a 2nd time to Open VDj-8....OSX 10.9.2 / 2.6Ghz i7/ 8Gb RAM.png

Load songs over 1hr long now show Streaming Deck....
Sorry the Max Preload length some how got change when I Reinstall VDJ-8

Am I going bonkers?, where's the track editor gone?, I used to be able to right click on a paused tracks cue point and the editor (or whatever it's called) pops up where I could type in (for example) and tell cue 5 to go to cue 6 or in VDJ8 speak goto_cue 6. what pops up now is the POI editor instead which does not have that function. Have you guys broken this function or have you moved it elsewhere or has my on and off dyslexia re arranged the wording to confuse me? . This might not be a regression btw

That's the crash that was fixed in 2522.
You'll have to install it manually if trying to updat from 2520 or 2500.

This was always part of the POI editor. You just have to change the type of the cue point to Action in order to add an action to that cue point.

Yes, i wondering about this. I had make a new download, than an update and think i had the aktually new build.

after this turnaround again, now i check my Version and see the actually Build 2522... I hope there are no more chrashs

This was always part of the POI editor. You just have to change the type of the cue point to Action in order to add an action to that cue point.

My apologies, it was a recent update from Malwarebytes which prevented the drop down arrows from showing on the POI editor which was totally white yesterday, I only found this out as other programs were acting up and looking different as well.

invert_deck does NOT work on deck 4. Works well on deck 1/3 and on deck 2

what have you got it mapped to and what is the full syntax you're using?

eg. holding 1500ms ? invert_deck & refresh_controller 'CDJ2000' : nothing

Can we get more detailed descriptions on how things work and what they actually do? Its been hell trying to learn this program by googling and coming on these forums. Especially the crossfader curve. There is no visual or description on what full, smooth, cut and scratch actually do

Can we also get more control over the crossfader curve and fader curve? I would love to have a s curve if that's possible. I just want the crossfader to act like a real mixer.

look up Dj V8 but by FRUiT it has info/setting about this this skin you can play & see the full smooth cut scratch and you set the one you like set up it to oninit with Keyboard and when controller hook up

I have that skin. Let me give it a second chance. I don't remember a section to visually see the crossfader curve. Gonna put it on now and check it out

Edit: Thanks, that's atleast 1 more fader curve I can experiment with
