Hi,
I have since Thursday trying to purchase both Pro Subscription and content unlimited, however this has not been succesful.
I keep getting to the stage where you agree to the conditions and upon pressing buy it says the it cannot complete due to the information being incorrect.
HOWEVER
this morning i managed to complete and purchase the pro subscription, yet now it is still saying the same error and not letting me complete the payment/purchase of content unlimited.
I have noticed that as i had cancelled my content unlimited plan in the past it is still showing as a license i have (even though its cancelled)
any ideas?
