And when you go back to 2378 it is ok?

No. Build 2378 is also affected. When I go back to 2369 it's fine. I tried a fresh install to check on various builds and all builds AFTER 2369 have problems with beat alignment and not being able to drag a track to a deck anymore.
 
Also VDj somehow doesnt play audio off the pioneer ddj sz until i go play a sound test on my computer audio playback settings, midi shows that the controller its connected but like I said its says on vdj audio settings that its disconnected until I play the test.
 
See if the DDJ-SZ is selected by your OS as the default sound card. If so, change that and select the sound card of your computer instead.
 
Its just ready but bot set as default
 
Also all my hot cues are ahead of the beat where i had them saved

how can i get this 2369 build? because i cant never do it as in the instructions, how do i rename it?

Please post in the Skins forum. The author will take care of that or at least he will report something more specific if something is broken.
Tried some other skins with Cover on the Jogs and those are displayed fine.
