I purchased the non pro license for my Numark ns7 and I still get kicked off every 10 minutes. When I login nothing happens but it does show that I purchased the license. There's a spot to enter a key code but I didn't receive one. Now after I just bought the license it said I needed it's telling me to buy an analog mixer license. What's going on?

If it's telling you that you need an analog mixer license then you have an incorrect sound configuration.
You should just have the master and headphones output configured in the audio configuration, nothing else. No inputs should be configured!
