I'am working with VDJ and the Pioneer XDJ-R1 controller.
The selection of the buttons "shift" together with "Track Search Backwards" on the XDJ-R1 controller gives in build 2136.917 (and earlier builds) an action : jump back to the begin of the audio track that is loaded in the deck.
Since build 2139 is this not working anymore. This also don't work in the new released build 2345 (12/07/2015).
I've tried to save the XML mapper of build 2136 and copied as custom build on 2345 but that gave no solution.

Default mapping and definition files are updated in builds ending at .1024 (or higher)
To get the new controllers version (last 4 digits of the build number), simply launch VirtualDJ, wait for a couple of minutes for the controllers file to be silently updated, and re-launch VirtualDJ 8. Verify the correct build number from the Settings window.
Changelog:
- SHIFT+CUE-named as JUMP_START moves the track to the beginning (as it used to do - was a small bug there - incorrect assignment)
- New Keys, SHIFT+LOOP_IN and SHIFT+LOOP_OUT added to map them as you wish (currently offer exactly what LOOP_IN and LOOP_OUT do)
Btw the Track Search buttons are named and mapped by default to provide loop_in and loop_out actions and not seek though the track.
