I recently purchased a Pioneer controller that operate with Serato Dj, I was wondering will VDJ work with the Pioneer controller?

Pioneer DDj-SR is natively supported (plug n play) http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VirtualDJ8%20Controllers.html
You will need to purchase a Pro Infinity, a Pro Subscription or a Plus Controller license to unlock full operation or else it will work for 10 minutes each time you restart VirtualDJ.
