Topic: Hercules RMX Controller Problem

Hello I installed Virtual DJ 7 on a PC, but the DJ console Windows installed the driver and my PC recognized the computer. But the controllers on the Hercules are not working (moving) on the Virtual DJ screen. What should I do? Thanks

installed the latest Control Panel ?
What OS do you use exactly ?
