I've been noticing for a while now that some videos aren't displaying properly (on the Video Out) I've managed to load the same video on v8 (video out) and same on VLC (using dual monitor) the v8 appears more pixelated than that of vlc player, why would this be?

Do you use videoResampleQuality = high?
If so try medium.
