Topic: Video Glitch while Milkdrop running

as the funky picture shows, i was getting the text from the skin showing in the video out, scrolling towards the foreground.
Is this a particular milkdrop file that can do this or did something go wrong?

ive managed to see this twice in same session..

im using virtualdj 8 build 2195.964
Windows 8.1, i5 16gb 120 ssd etc

Notes: pressing the cog for milkdrop in this session dosent alter the running instance of MD, rather just controls the 2nd instance that i can invoke by pressing the video effect button..
This text seems to be coming from the info pane of the browser.

also to point out im using AMD HD 5570 1mb graphics with latest drivers..

Then you were pressing the wrong cog ;)

No idea what would have caused the above unfortunately.
 
ive found a command for custom button to address the visual only iteration..

effect_show_gui 'audioonlyvisualisation' 1

or could just change the first part to effect_button, but i wanna get the names of any milkdrops i wanna remove.. :)


In the above screenshots, the 1st one had the text from the info pane scrolling forwards and 2nd one was a kaleidoscope effect..
i've never seen it previous and haven't seen it since either...
