Topic: cache start up issues

OK, This happened to me since Day 1 with VJ8, {see pictured}
I am logged in.
I am connected to internet.
my data cache is updated
but every time i start program and load cache video this pops up. my subscription is paid for and I have to log out on my program and log back in to be able to use my cache videos.
In VJ7 no issues using Cache after start up..

Well well ,im not the only one I use mac and same problem,thats one of the problem I cancel my subscription, and now really piss ,can guys help us with this issue,

hi i have had this when i first started with it a month ago.... do you have 2 laptops running online at the same time?

I only use one computer,my mac book pro,but is very confuse,why you ask if im using 2 at the same time,thAt was your problem in this issue,did duo fix it o not explain !!!!!!
