I bought the darn thing but I didn't get a keycode can anyone advise

What did you buy?
If you are speaking of VDJ 8. No keycode ist required. Just open VDJ 8 and log in with your forum account details.
 
There is no purchase under your VDJ Account's email. If you have done so and you received an Order ID via email, please contact Support
