Topic: Playing Mp4 files getting a Green Screen sometimes

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I don't know what is causing this , and if I am the only having this problem , then I do not believe it Virtual DJ . Any ways this happens at some point during the night , and the screen just turns completely green . Now If I double click the video , it turns back to normal . The audio does not turn off /. I have made sure that I have the latest Video Drivers installed , and I am running the latest DirectX 11 . Also running flash and quicktime . I have even reformatted my laptop , so I am at a loss of what's causing this to happen . Any help would be great

1. Make sure DirectX 9.0c is installed. (it should be, doesn't matter if you've got 10 or higher installed, just install it).
2. Which version are you using?
3. What is your setting for "videoUseDXVA" ?
4. What is your setting for "videoForceFullscreen" ?

Please try also if this problem occurs when you have no extended screen and using the video window on main screen only.
