How can I use sandbox when using the 4 deck skin? There is no sandbox button when using 4 decks, only 2 decks.

Yes, the general idea of sandbox is that it gives you two additional decks/channels to check tracks/mixes on.
This is useful when you're using a two deck controller and/or skin, but if you've got four decks then the need is removed because you already have enough spare decks.
Of course there is also a six deck default skin for those DJs who regularly play more than two tracks at once.
