In the setup mentioned in the subject, I have had random issues with my NS7 with VDJ. I also have a Denon 6000 which has worked with no problems, so I think this is specific to numark controller.
Sometimes when starting deck 2 on NS7, it is as if the start time is set to max. I can fix it by turning the control to max and back to minimum, however, I never know when this is going to happen until I hit start.
I also had at a recent event, my volume reduced like a switch apx 50% in the middle of a song. As soon as I adjusted the main volume control on the NS7, it synced back up, and came up where I had it set.
It's acting like it's losing sync of what the actual control is set to. I've seen someone on facebook have the same issue with a MixDeck quad.
I also tested the NS7 on a pc laptop, and did over a 3.5 hour set with no problems like this, so it seems to be issues with the Mac only.
The MacBook Pro model used is a mid 2010 2.4ghz i5, 8GB ram, 256 SSD/1TB HDD
