Songs are just making a hard cut. Software appears to be trying to place the fade at the right place, but it just instantly cuts with no fade.

COME ON GUYS! I submitted a ticket like I should have and you asked me to post it here. Why won't this be addressed? Smart Mix is like the BIGGEST thing that your software offers!
