hi any body tell me why virtual dj 8 runs slow when i'm scrolling thru my music and video's this only happens when i have my tv monitors connected i am running a apple mac pro it dose not happen when i use virtual dj 7 only on 8

Can you try with the setting CoverDownload to No ?
 
just checkt my setting and download cover is set to no
 
What exactly happens and VirtualDJ runs slow ? Do you see a lag on the skin/waveforms etc ? do you get audio drops or video stuttering ?
Is it related to the fields you have selected in the Songs list ?
What are the specifications of your computer ?
Scrolling with mouse or controller offer the same behavior ?
 
BTW: If you have filedate visible in the browser try to turn it off

Please also do not ask users to contact you via 3rd party websites regarding licensing issues. Licensing issues can only be resolved by contacting VirtualDJ support.
