Is this happening with just this specific Filter Folder ? Or with any other that you tried ?
Does VirtualDJ saves other database info ?e.g. have you tried to add/create another Favorite/Filter/Virtual folder, or change something to your tracks and see if VDJ saves those info ?
 
yeeh... Problem is "=>" in name
