I am running VirtualDJ 8.0.0 Mac Build 2003.833.
If I modify any tag for any track in my library, and then click 'Write Tag', that new tag is written to the file, but then forgotten by VirtualDJ the next time it opens.
It looks as though VirtualDJ's not updating it's own internal database with new/modified tags, even if I click 'Reload Tags'.
How do I fix this?

Would like to help you here, as I have considerable experience in rewriting tags, but I can't find anything that says 'Write Tag' in the tag editor. You can edit all the information of a file in the tag editor, but I don't see the 'Write Tag'.

i also have tag issues on mac, mine is reading date info wrong even though the date info is correct in vdj 7 this is something apparently being looked at

write tag is only there if u have auto writing of tags off
