Topic: broadcast issues

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I've read through the posts here and it seems there should be "options" when you go to broadcast pc-to-pd direct... I don't have those options and it only offers a ling to an .ogg file... I like the ogg files but nobody else uses them... is there a way to change to an mp3 or anything else usable when broadcasting pc-to-pc direct?

Config->OPTIONS
Search for the BroadcastDirectFormat setting and set it to mp3 (make sure the "Show Advanced Options" is checked)
 
hi, using vdj 8 to boardcast and after hour hour and half goes all wishy washy sound on broadcast, vdj still sound brill, i shut it down then restart and then ok for hour or two, any ideas .whats wrong' its the sound on the uploud stream
