I have "Get Beta's" set to NO but yet it downloaded and installed the latest beta? 1973...

Also, installation of a new build is never automatic.
Before the weekend, you could click 'No' if it asks to update.

Okay... let me restate what happened...
I have the "get beta builds" UNCHECKED. Therefore, when it asks me if I want to download the latest build, I am safe... Or so I thought.
Why would I be offered a beta build for ANY reason if I have get beta builds unchecked?
