Topic: Occasional Crash guard error on start up

This is a regression bug to maybe the last 3 builds
Win 1960
low on the priority list, might just be me.
On start up occasionally I get a crash guard error, no big deal as it is only occasional 1 in 20 boots, should I change the reporting level?
