Hi,
Looks like a bug: I (mistakenly) opened a large mix "18 Months (Continuous Mix)" (length: 52:54) from the synonymous Calvin Harris album and the waveform is not drawn properly in the deck; It only draws the waveform for the first few minutes. When I manually move the cursor (position in the track) to another location, it draws from that point forward some minutes worth of audio.
Besides the visual glitch, the audio playback works as expected.

That's by design, For very long tracks V8 doesn't load it into memory it streams it from the harddrive (or source)
You can chance this in advanced options (default is 50 minutes which imo if far too much)
maxPreloadLength

you have the same glitch as me, haven't found a fix yet... maxPreLoad doesn't work for me
