I found an issue with regards to setting the local BPM of the BeatGrid Anchors. I will try to explain this to you in VB.NET/C# terms...
If you try to change the local BPM in whole numbers, you're fine, but if you try to set the BPM in fractions of a number, the InteractiveChange method fires and sets it back to a whole number. I'm guessing that the program is demanding that there are three numbers after the decimal point, but it's forcing things to a "XXX.000" format. I suggest that this check is done in the LostFocus method instead.
