Topic: no audio in mac MP4 recording?

video records fine but without sound. i keep messing with setting hoping to stumble on something i'm doing wrong but i can't seem to get it right.
using VDJ8 and a VMS2 with mac i5 OSX 10.9.4 8gb ram. TIA

Quicktime doesn't like the audio codec used - this has been resolved in beta build 1918.
