I have a visual that when the channel VU signal reaches 95% it lights up,
I put a correctly levelled song in a loop and the indicator doesn't light (so far so good) if I then kill either the bass or the mids (or lower them significantly) the indicator does light up intermittently.
Somewhere a boost is being introduced.
