it a pc and its a flac but it does it with all my files

Has anything else changed? Windows updates? Graphic drivers? Have you installed (or even uninstalled) anything?

nothing has changed i just updated to latest video driver and that didn't help any ideas let me know cause this really sucks.

ok sorry guess my issue didn't below in regression after all
the thing that caused my problem was setting zeroDB to -0.85
returning it to 1 fixed the issue
I'm sure its still a bug after all but not regression sorry

Hello I'm still having problems running auto updates,been reporting this since build 1.852, every auto update damages my VDJ8 files,controllers are not detected, icons are missing from settings window,also virtual dj logo is missing from skin,after a reeboot I cant open VDJ8 anymore must delete from apps and re-install last working version 1.845...

now I cant even re-install my last working build 1.845!! I run the install file, software is installed sucessfully but the program doesn't show up on applications!!HELP!!!!
edit : also tried downloading the latest public beta 1.872 same problem!!! HELP!!!
rebooted,re-installed 1.845 and 1.878 software is installed but no where to be found on my mac!!!
edit2:solved! I restored the VDJ8 damaged file from trash bin.and re-installed 1.845, all further updates from 1.855>1872 have the platter issues when holding the platter/vinyl

So it does! I think you should actually have used 0.85 though, not -0.85.

Still a bug... If the software can't handle negative values, it should internally correct it or don't accept negative input at all.

not reading audioCd table of contents but can drag n drop cda files from explorer.
also would it be possible yo play dvd music video direct from disc and read table of contents like a cd/dvd player can? as in track 1, track 2, etc..

I have mine going in Automix right now , and its not stuttering but I did notice that at the end of the track right before it mixes in to the other track it makes a noise , soon as it hits the cue point, its not mixing it correctly to the next song

Slideshow Issue
I just noticed it with this this version. I cannot turn off the slideshow after I start it. Also, selecting toggling off shuffle has not effect, all pics still shuffle. Sorry if this has been previously reported. Thanks for looking into it.

Looks like lot's of people are having this issue , when in Automix mode , soon as it hits the end of the song , and hits the cue point it makes a loud noise like you taking a needle off the record .

not reporting a bug this time but I recommend this tip...
if after updating or maybe not if that's the case but if you're having any difficulties, ie suddenly you get a crash when loading files or when doing an edit or automix mode, flush out your settings back to factory default.. (back up your settings.xml file if need be)
