Topic: video over lay..

Ok, is there a way to make what ever I select the top layer of the video.. example my milkdrop runs non stop in the back ground but its the setting in the video tab. If I want to do a video sample it doesn't show it.. Im trying to figure out why! any advice would be great!

There is no way to do this at present.
