While a track is playing and trying to load another track on the opposite deck. It's say opening but takes at least over 45 seconds and if I tried to do something else. It freezes and freezes my laptop also. Takes to long to load tracks.

your laptop specs? what controller do you have?
it might be your computer problems.....virus,malware,ram....
