i have a playlist that i created in itunes. i then open virtual dj and the order is different than what i have in itunes. it sorts it alphabetically. i want it to be the same way it's shown in itunes.

Have you tried resetting the sorting order (right click the fields.)

Resetting the sort order does work to fix the incorrect order of iTunes playlists in VDJ 8, but it only works after I change the sort order first. I think it's still a bug because it should be the correct order by default. The iTunes playlist ordering wrong in VDJ.

It seems to me that I'm having the same problem here.
I wanted to recall my playlist from the party I've played last weekend and i wasn't in the right order anymore...
I have looked for the problem but can't seem to find it.
I did try "play time" but he still won't do it.

I was having the same issue. I think I have resolved it.
Go to Config, search for sort, change "keepSortOrder" to yes. This seems to have fixed my issue. Hope this helps.
