HELP! HELP! HELP!

My PC has been FREEZING Up When I Manually Backspin, using my VMS4.1 Jog Wheels!
Can ANYONE Tell Me How I Can Get This To Stop??!

Also I am Noticing a HIGH CPU Usage during Loading and Off and On During Play Time.

ANY and ALL HELP Is MUCH APPRECIATED!
