Hi Guys, I'm pretty new to this and not very technical.
I have Virtual DJ8 and a Hercules RMX2 console.
They both just freeze 2 or 3 times a night and I'm at a loss as to what's wrong.
The lights stay on the Console but it's frozen and won't reset.
I have to reset the Virtual DJ software and then it works again.
There is never a 'crashguard' pop up, I've never seen it?
Also I can't seem to get the headphones working?
Help.
Bob

Can you detail your computer configuration (Operating system, processor, memory, etc) ?
Are you using the latest drivers (2014.HDJS.1) ?

If on PC, have your tried modifying the ASIO buffer size ?

Regarding Virtual DJ:
- Remember that VDJ 8 is still being tweaked and corrected so some problems are to be expected.
- The basic audio configuration for the Rmx2 should look like this:
