When I make changes to the track tags (Album, genre, etc), it does not reflect on the database. Even a reload tag and bpm scan won't do it.
This DID work as advertised in 7. Build 1819.

Yes, I have also the same problem:
If the field is empty, "Batch - Load tags" will do it, but it doesn't work, if there is already a value in the field.

Tested again with mac beta 1834.680....still not solved! :o(
I need a job like rescan, which will empty all fields and fill them with the new tags...
