Topic: Turntables work not Stable

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Yesterday i playes with Turns Club connected to the V8.
First here my Configuration:
-Lenovo G700 with intel 4000 grafics / Core Duo 2020M(4Gen)/ 8Mb RAM
-Sound Card: M Audio Connetive
-Serato Vinyls
-2 Techniks 1210 Turns
-Pio 750 Mixer

The first 3 hours everything worked well and after it was only a disaster ...
-The pitchmatching was deactivated but he still matched the tracks
-also and the gain fader pulled down- so that the music was mouch lower
- they made what they want but not what i comand .
In the settings I could not find anything fora rapid conclousion to the resolve the problem.
- The synconisation of the was not even possible by syncbutton- the tracks played faster or slower after seconds ( smart/ relative mode )
It worked only when TC was deactivated.

The improved sound quality of the version was drowned out by a constant crackle and hum.
Also the stability of the Timecode signal was not even good, when the music gets louder. A configuration change from smart to relative ( or even absolute ) helped nothing...
The tracks began to flip out and turn backward. What really is disapointing was that, if you even deactivate the turns, the track still crashed and you can only reload the file when you drag another file in it.

I know that also on the old version we had that problems at the beginning.
Biggest problem i see is that the configuration intrface is not as userfriendly as the old one.
And i think there are many config. options no more availabe.
We took many years to have the most logical configuration/surface/overlay/userinterface. I don't understand why programmers did not improove the old one step by step.
