When I activated video preview and THEN I CLOSE IT, the process TCCD run making this disaster. This process only grow up when VDJ8 is activated. Use a huge amount of Ram memory and increase without limits.

What version build VJD8 are you on? I had the same issue with a previous build and reported it. I don't have this issue since updating to 8.0.0 build 1814.669.
As a side note I also repaired permissions using Apple Disk Utility which fixed my keychain, also associated with the tccd process. I'm not an expert but these are the two things I found so far.
