Hi All

I made a post a few days ago, but it appears to be gone, cannot find it anywhere.

Anyone else find that Direct Broadcasting is broken ? Doesn't matter which browser ( IE,Chrome,FF )

I get this :

Cannot play anything - all greyed out.

will take a look at it , but might be related to inwards connection you your pc, aka blocked port 8000 from connecting to you..
But anyways, will take a look and test some here too

I port forwarded port 8000 UDP and TCP to my Laptop from my Wifi Router, also switched off my Windows Firewall - issue persists.

Try start broadcast ..

Then open this : http://www.whatismyip.com/ to find your IP.

In your browser, write http://your-ip-here:8000/listen.ogg
Can it connect ?

If not, keep broadcast going, and open this page http://www.canyouseeme.org/ enter 8000 as the port. Do you get success as results or error?

However - I see that I cannot connect to it from my browser over the web....it works on my internal LAN on port 8000. So its definitely something on my router or ISP....

I did port forward the right ports....

EDIT !!!

I think the issue was because I tested from within my own network to the outside IP, and for that I had to enable LAN Loopback, because I'm connecting back to myself, I did this, and it then started working !

Thanks !

Anyone care to just confirm it is working from the outside please ??
