Topic: Failed to open

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Opened 8 today and got the msg about new update.
Clicked to complete update and now it will not open.
Here is what I get:

Uninstalled and re installed 8. Still same problem.
Anyone suggestions?
