I edit Tags in MP3-Files also with another Program.
When re-reading Tags from Files by Batch - Load Tags which are already in the VDJ-Database. It didn't update any Field in the Database except the Rating-Field.
So Artist, Title, Album, Genre ... are not updated in this case. I have tested this serveral times.
This is an annoying bug when you are editing MP3-Files not only with VDJ8.
I'm using virtualdj_pc_v8.0.1785

Once the files have been tag scanned into the database that's it. You can no longer make any changes outside VDJ. The only one you can is the comment tag and to do this you must first delete it in VDJ. It's not a bug it's a feature ;)

So nobody is tagging with mmmmm Itunes? mp3-tag or anything?

This also happens if you have a lower quality file and re-rip it to a higher quality, replacing the original file. It still thinks it is the lower bitrate file.
