Hey fellas,
I am a video jockey (for most parts), and have gone through the aches and pains to understand how VDJ works (for me). I have installed VDJ 8, and I must say, this is one sweet upgrade (great work so far). I use a Sony Vaio VPCZ1 notebook with Windows 7, i7, 8 Gig memory which has two graphic card (AMD Radeon HD 7670M & Intel HD Graphics 4000). I tried everything I know to resolve the issue, including
(1) switching graphic cards,
(2) setting the laptop to run VDJ 8 only, and
(3) configured both audio and video preferences to suit the application, yet VDJ 8 closes (without consent).
I noticed that this occurs when I am using use the 'cue_stop' button (C); pressing it at a cue point several times before mixing in a song. I mimicked the same behavior in VDJ 7 (for hours), and there was no such occurrence. I hope this is not an isolated issue, and that we can resolve asap. Thanks in advance.

Which build number of 8 are you running?
This was briefly an issue with one build a short while ago, but was quickly fixed.
