Topic: Content unlimited,Music that I downloaded does not work W/O Wi Fi

I Thought being a premium member I would be able to download & Play With or Without Wi Fi,& What I'm having issues with is On several occasions there was no acces to wi fi & Stated I need to connect to internet & Refresh cache,So the bottom line is the songs I wanted to play were not available.Ray Brown AKA DjRazorRay100
