as title says my newly created virtual folder on vdj 7.4 is not showing up on vdj 8. is this normal?

Did you install 8 before you created the folder in 7?
8 only picks up the 7 database when it first installs. It doesn't continuously monitor it for changes.

think also you have to do it manually or create one in v8

virtual dj 8 was installed and then i created new virtual folders on 7.4. I tried copying the .xml virtual 6 database file to virtual dj 8.0.0 database but it says curropted and it wasn't able to read it. maybe i'm doing it wrong. Can someone please explain how to properly import older .xml so that it can be incorporated to virtual dj 8. Thanks guys
