all is working great just cant get the info to show on the hc4500

It works OK here. Are you using the latest firmware (as Denon would say)?

PC or Mac?

Mac? PC? Operating system? HC4500 firmware version?

Go to config > Controller > HC 4500 and make sure controller is enable . I had the same issue but it's fixed now. Good Luck!

I never had any prob´s since the early betatimes with the HC 4500

mine wasnt working intially but since an update saturday the text now works... i didnt even notice until the light jock said :-)
