I'm not sure where to give you this information, so I'll post it here. VDJ8 crashed yesterday on my 2013 i5 Mac Book Air running OSX 10.9.3. I was playing mp3 files, no video, and suddenly I heard a fairly loud humming/hissing noise. The noise was the fan on my Mac. To be honest, I've never heard the fan in this computer before. I didn't even know it could be that loud. Just as I noticed the fan noise, VDJ stopped responding and eventually had to be force stopped.
I also noticed I am not able to drop songs from an iTunes playlist to the VDJ sidelist like I could with VDJ7. This is a HUGE part of my event prep.
