I would like to download the new Virtual DJ 8 separate from the Virtual DJ 7 currently installed on my computer, because any problem losing any downloads I have made or will it be OK and other thing broadcasting. Or go to the Virtual DJ 7 and press update button. What about the serial number same or different. Thank you.

You can download and install Virtual DJ 8 side by side with version 7 without issue.

Virtual DJ 8 is a separate download, and it won't install over the top of VDJ 7 - so you can have both 7 & 8 on your system at once.
Installing VDJ 8 won't upset any of your VDJ 7 setup.
In VDJ 8 there is no serial number any more. What you do is use your forum login name and password to login to VDJ 8 the first time you use it.
You will not need to do this again unless you log back out, or you login to VDJ 8 on another computer.
