OK.........do you have the beat grid lined up on that track correctly?

Do you have smart loop on or off?

With smart loop off, it shouldn't matter where the beat grid is - it should just loop where you hit it.

If smart loop is on, then it will pull the loop to where the beat grid thinks it should be. Therefore, if the beat grid is not lined up, the loop will be out.
