Topic: Video Output is dim in VDJ 8 [RESOLVED]

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Preview is nice and bright, but the master and output source are very dim. In VDJ 7.4, I simply unchecked the fade to black option in the video tab. I don't see this option in the VDJ 8 settings. Any input on how to resolve this? I'm certain that it is just a simple setting that I am missing.

I figured it out. Volume faders are automatically linked to the video output on their respective channel. Go to Settings > Video Options (make sure you have the "Show Advanced Options" box checked) > Change videoVolumeLink to "no". Issue resolved.
