HideSongInfo can be set in options to yes or no.
in some former builds it was possible to do this also with a custom button
as far as i can see this is not avaliable anymore via button editor...right...?

As all settings, this can be controlled using the setting action (setting 'settingname' 'value')
so just use setting 'HideSongInfo' (will toggle between yes/no)

what do you mean ? custom buttons can take vdj script actions,and the above is one of them.
We never had a specific action for that feature, and using the setting action, you can control any setting you need.

I just tried assigning HideSongInfo to a custom skin button and it does nothing.
Ah, you have to type "setting" first, so setting HideSongInfo
