I cant seem to figure out the proper setup in vdj8 to get it to work

You'd need to choose "external mixer" then setup up each deck to use a different pair of HC4500 outputs.
So set deck 1 to use HC4500 ASIO channels 1&2 then deck 2 to use HC4500 channels 3&4 for instance.

thanks i got that part working is there a way that i can get the info to show on the hc4500 screen
